COLIMA, Colima.- From March 23 to 26, the Sabora Fest 2023 wine and gastronomy expo will take place in the state capital.
It includes the activities scheduled for the 500th anniversary of the founding of Villa de Colima.
This event will have the participation of the main wine houses in the country and the local restaurant sector.
The festival includes wine and gastronomic exhibitions, private tastings, and artistic presentations.
The municipal president of Colima, Margarita Moreno González, said that it is an activity coordinated by the capital’s City Council and supported by the business sector.
She stressed that this event is part of the work that has been done to rescue the city center.
“With these activities, we are contributing to the benefit of the families of Colima, because in addition to reactivating the economy, there are also moments of meeting and healthy recreation.”

March 23: 7:00 p.m., Tali Acustic Show; 20:30: the Colorado Naranjo Orchestra with the Mariachi Voces de mi Tierra; 10:00 p.m., guest DJ
Friday, March 24: 7:00 p.m., Vania Thomas Band; 8:30 p.m., Karina Villaseñor with the Mariachi Santa Cecilia; 10:00 p.m., guest DJ
Saturday March 25: 7:00 p.m., Tali Acustic Show; 8:30 p.m., State Philharmonic Orchestra; 10:00 p.m., guest DJ
Sunday, March 26: 6:30 p.m., “Olé” Bravísimo, Compañía de Artes Escénicas; and at 8:30 p.m., the stellar presentation of Moenia.
Masterful pairing dinner events will be held, in which the wine exhibitor will work together with a local restaurant and/or chef to prepare a three-course pairing menu.
